Day 4
Bananas and green salad
Today is pamper day. Alongside your green salad you may also eat bananas. So, in the morning, after your glass of water, you may consume a banana. You can eat the next banana around 11.30, before your tomato and cucumber salad. Don’t forget about those 2 liters of water.
Day 5
Yoghurt and cow cheese
This is the day when you change your menu a little bit. So, alongside fruits and vegetables, you may eat yoghurt and skim cow cheese. Attention, don’t consume them after 6 o’clock! Don’t forget to drink a glass of water on your empty stomach. In the evening you may prepare a vegetable salad with a little olive oil.
Day 6
Green salad and plain water
Today you may eat three vegetable salads and for snack two green apples. Water must not be forgotten and in the evening you may prepare a carrot juice.
Day 7
Vegetables, fruits and plain water
The last day of diet is similar to the second one. So, you may eat fruits and vegetables but this time you may include in your menu two bananas. Don’t forget to drink water!
