Day 1
v Vegetables and plain water
In the first day of your diet eat only vegetables and drink as much water as you can. In the morning, before eating, it is recommended to drink a glass of plain water (room temperature or a little bit warmer). It is indicated to consume fresh vegetables, in salads or even unprepared. If you don’t like them fresh, you can boil the vegetables, but don’t fry them. You can eat as many vegetable as you want.
Day 2
v Fruits and plain water
In the second day, just replace the vegetables with fruits. So, today you may eat only fruits, but no bananas. You can eat as many apples as you want. Apricots and peaches are also indicated in losing weight diets. Don’t forget about the glass of water in the morning on your empty stomach. Today you can also prepare natural fresh fruits juice. You can consume them however you want. Drink much water.
Day 3
v Vegetables, fruits and plain water
Today you may combine fruits with vegetables and water. It is recommended to drink 2-3 liters of plain water per day. This morning you can drink a natural orange fresh juice instead of water. Try not to consume anything after six o’clock but if you are hungry prepare a carrot juice or an apple juice.
